There seems to be some potential for them to grow past their current level of success, to kind of surpass expectations, but it would require a lot of “unrewarded work,” or a lot of extreme effort to actually break through that barrier. I was literally hearing “take their lumps,” as in they really have to earn it in a superficial sense, they have to find something that makes them stand out, stick with that, and then really present it. But it would be A LOT.

Honestly, it seems like there’s not a lot of effort currently being put into going that extra mile, and that could be on their end, or it could be on their team’s/company’s end. There’s potential there, but it’s small, and there’s a lot of resistance to it. It’s like the work they are doing is not in line with the path that would put them on that higher level, and that may simply be because they aren’t meant to be on that path at all.

They really don’t have to gain international success or go above and beyond where they are now, though. They are still successful and will continue to be successful for as long as they and their company are committed to making things happen. It doesn’t have to be on a world stage in order for them (or the company) to be satisfied.
