Energy Check-Up For The Boyz
This all got unexpectedly complicated. For the sake of making this a mini-reading, I was just going to do a general energy reading to see what was going on within the group, around the group, beyond the group in terms of higher guidance or plan, and then a general look at how they work together as a group, but then everything came out all wacky. First off, the energy within the group came out as reversed Strength, which for me doesn't always mean weakness, it more so means a deterioration of Strength itself, kind of showing a state between full strength and full weakness. This can be connected to a lot of things as it is a projection of the collective energy between the members, so I pulled another card for clarification on what exactly the reversed Strength energy was stemming from within the group.
With that, they got the Wheel of Fortune in reverse, showing some kind of slow-down or full stop to something. It immediately felt like there was a project or some kind of plan that they, as a group, had which at one point was in motion, but has since been put on hold or completely taken off the itinerary. This can also be a more general thing, perhaps them just not seeing the group or the progression of the group as being as strong or as quick as they thought it should be.
The reversed Hermit and the reversed Lovers came out when I asked how the guys on a conscious level were perceiving this energy. The reversed Hermit typically points to isolation and insecurity, but here I was more so seeing it as a loss of clarity or a loss of independent perspective or thought. This, again, could go into some kind of group plan or project that has been pushed aside for one reason or another which has since caused some of them or all of them to feel like they've lost that independent vision or outlook on things. The reversed Lovers would suggest the same as it points to a disconnect from passion or inspiration here.
The last set for the group includes the reversed Five of Cups and the reversed Ace of Swords. These came out when I asked for more clarification on what exactly is happening on a more superficial level. The reversed Five of Cups is all about letting go of negative situations or walking away from problems or trouble that you now understand you have no control over. It's a matter of healing and personal growth. The reversed Ace of Swords is about a loss of clarity, ideas, inspiration, as well as a sign of incomplete projects or projects that were never started at all due to poor planning or poor mindset.
Now, with all of this, I, of course, was thinking the company, their management is up to some nonsense and there's probably some kind of corporate interference here that has pushed aside personal projects and ideas for the sake of a more "brand-friendly" and "marketable" rehashing of some kind, but... no?
When it came to what energy was surrounding the guys, they have The Chariot, which... implies that this is purely on the right track for them as a group, they are moving just as they need to be in spite of the inner sensation of being stuck, moving too slow, or being thrown off the desired path. When I inquired more specifically about the company's influence directly in this situation, I got The Sun, which shows that more than likely the company is actually trying to help this situation, to alleviate it, literally trying to supply light, clarity, and positivity where the guys may have lost it within this particular matter.
Like the other set, I wanted to know how this was coming through superficially or on a physical and conscious level with the company, and with that, I got the Five of Pentacles and the Glitch.EXE card, which is exclusive to this deck. This is quite interesting because the Five of Pentacles is all about financial hardships while Glitch.EXE points to sudden and unexpected changes or developments. Just going off of what we have here, it seems like the guys in the group had either personal projects (some solo, maybe) or had some kind of group project in mind that was already in motion and then had to be put off or completely canceled due to budget/money trouble with the company. This would then make sense why the guys would feel disappointed and at a loss while the company would actively be trying to help the situation or offer solutions or alternative routes.
As I said, there does seem to be a higher influence here as The Chariot points to this whole situation being more of a benefit than it may appear to them on a conscious level. There are A LOT of major arcana cards here as well, which usually indicate significant events, cycles, or influences as well.
Overall, in spite of this issue, which I think is just a big bump in the road of their overall journey as a group, just something that is on their mind right now, they actually seem really synced up together, very in tune with each other. I'm sure, like any group, they have their ups and downs, but energetically speaking as well as on a soul level, they are working harmoniously towards progression of the group and progression of themselves as individuals.
I'll probably do a regular Group Energy Analysis for them soon as I did find their energetic dynamic pretty interesting, it just didn't come through very much in the cards.
