Energy Check-Up For Wheein (June 6, 2021)

I did a kind of past, present, future type spread here for both Wheein and the rest of Mamamoo. On the right side, the reversed Chariot came out for how the girls of Mamamoo felt initially when Wheein decided to leave the company and the group. This shows a hard stop or a perceived hard stop to their overall progression and a lot of confusion. I will say, it doesn't feel like a train wreck or something that caused a major amount of damage, it more so feels like they were accepting of her decision but did immediately worry about their future as a group going forward as the original plans an outlooks that they shared had to be altered very quickly.

Currently, Mamamoo holds the mindset or the outlook of the Three of Cups, which seems very fitting as, traditionally, this card features three women dancing and celebrating in unity, supporting each other creatively and emotionally. Here, the aspect of unity feels very strong, as if they've really locked arms and decided to push forward and define a new path, kind of repair that overturned Chariot in a sense.

Along with that, the Ace of Wands came out for their current outlook or what they will be heading towards as a group of three. The Ace of Wands, like all Aces, suggests a new beginning and an initiation of something, specifically in the realm of creativity and action. There could be a lot of inspiration and determination being stirred up now with that Three of Cups energy which will lead to that fiery action and creation down the line, something I'm sure their fans will enjoy whether it is something coming from them as a group or even as solo projects.

On the other end, in regards to how Wheein felt when she first decided to leave the company, she has the Ten of Wands. The Ten of Wands is about being weighed down, having too much going on, and feeling burnt out. There's almost this feeling of desperation to complete that task at hand as the person in the image, both here and in the traditional Rider-Waite deck, is shown to be carrying the large wands by hand toward a distant village or city. This makes sense with what came through for her in the previous reading as well when it comes to wanting to branch out and feeling overwhelmed, and perhaps anxious or overstimulated with the prospect of making the decision.

Right now, things seem to be in a better place as she holds the energy of the Queen of Pentacles. This was very nice to see because the first thing that came to mind with this card was, "independence." There's a much more stable and grounded feel to this, definitely more control on her end, stepping with more of a sure foot here. I don't think things are necessarily settled and lined up just yet, but she's definitely on her way to really laying that groundwork and starting something new.

The outlook for her expands on this very Earthy, stable, grounded, self-assured energy with The Hermit, which really brings that independent aspect to a new height. There's more clarity there, more creative control. It feels very Virgo in terms of Mutable Earth energy, or a higher progression of mixing Water and Earth energy to create "clay" or energy for manifestation and personal creation.

This particular transition is very positive as it takes her away from the Wands here (Fire), and the Swords in the previous reading (Air), which would be overstimulation from overthinking or having too much consideration for outside opinions and feelings, and really re-centers her in Water and Earth, in a much more independent and self-actualizing creative space. I'd be very interested to see what she does from here and how she chooses to go about creative pursuits in the future.
