How do Jimin and Kook connect?

Video Version Available - September 16, 2021

Since I did that last relationship reading over a year ago, I figured I’d check in with a regular mini connection reading. As expected, things look pretty solid, very well contained individually on both sides, self-sustaining with Kook contributing the Wheel of Fortune and Jimin contributing The Lovers. Both sides are balancing with each other very nicely as Kook’s is more externally oriented, projecting very cleanly, while Jimin’s is really well aligned with higher aspects of his own consciousness and more internally oriented. It’s way more stable and even than their connection was way back when I did their very first relationship reading back in 2018, and there is definitely some strong development on both sides, more individual solidification, compared to the last relationship reading I did for them in 2020.

Jimin sees Kook as the Ace of Swords which is interesting because there is this acknowledgment of this externally-oriented state of being, quite literally seeing him as being more extroverted, more social, more expressive in a lot of ways. Compared to previous readings, he’s looking at Kook as being more… grown up? Maybe just more well-defined in terms of his personality, who he is, and more authentic in how he actually expresses that, which is very nice to see. On the flip side, Kook sees Jimin in a similar way except with the Ten of Cups there he’s acknowledging this very optimistic, self-sustaining emotional stability and clarity. Even with the King of Pentacles Kook seems to be very focused on how, for the lack of a better word, independent Jimin seems when it comes to his ability to essentially comfort himself, keep himself grounded, clear, and focused.

On both sides, their perspective of each other is entirely reflective of their core states and what they are projecting into the relationship. In a very straightforward way, they seem to be doing nothing but supporting each other’s authenticity, with Jimin supporting Kook’s outward expression and Kook supporting Jimin’s internalized self-awareness. Them supporting each other in this way is allowing them to maintain these very high-up, positive states of being with the Wheel of Fortune and The Lovers, and is really boosting this sense of self-sufficiency and independence.

Their energy mixes and comes together with the Page of Cups, which is an interesting figure here as it doesn’t necessarily show what they are like together and instead shows what they are like individually BECAUSE OF each other. There’s just a lot of clarity here, clarity in the water associated with these cups, with this mutable energy kind of moving around them now. There’s clarity on all ends with creativity, intuition, and the emotional center. Not only that but there is this very free and youthful feel with the Page as if there is this sense of new beginnings and not a lot of limitations or obstacles perceived by either of them. They both seem to be in a very good place, individually and within their relationship.
