What's Coming Up For TXT?

It’s kind of a weird vibe here, a little all over the place. For this reading, I focused more on the current and oncoming systems of energy that they will be moving through over the rest of 2021 and into 2022 for the group. Overall, there’s this odd sensation of moving, willfully, away from natural or organic emotionally-oriented work, which for some of the members may just mean a drop in passion or inspiration based on certain projects they don’t particularly like or maybe some kind of image change based on company influence. Something about it comes off very flat, as if literally right now they are energetically being steamrolled into a flat surface, and with that there’s this sense of some of the members, if not all of them, becoming emotionally distant from the group. And when I say group, I don’t mean emotionally distant from each other, I mean “the group” as in the brand or collective performer that is TXT itself. There doesn’t seem to be tension building or present specifically between the members that could contribute to something like this.

To explain further, the first set out there was the reversed 4 of Cups with some elaboration with The Empress. The 4 of Cups is that emotional disconnect as well as potential loss of inspiration, which is connecting to The Empress’ organic creation or manifestation. In a sense, you can look at the spilled (reversed) cups as losing the water that would normally keep the soil of The Empress fertile and capable of sustaining and expanding on life, a natural creation of some sort.

A similar “spilled cup” effect is happening on the other end with the reversed 2 of Cups overlaying on the reversed King of Cups, both of which elaborate on the Judgement card. There is this “overruled” feeling with Judgement, literally as if someone’s argument or suggestion is being rejected with a heavy hand by an outside influence. This is what topples over the authority of the King of Cups, the authority of Water, of creativity and free expression. The best way to describe this would be to consider the King as an individual, as the boys in this group individually represented, all (or just some) losing some kind of creative control or influence. This personal loss of control is what causes a disconnect from the “reflection” of the group.

By reflection, I mean the reflected personas of the guys, the parts of themselves that actually perform and “turn on” for the sake of working. There could be this sort of collective effect or a one-by-one domino effect where when one loses their personal connection with their own creative output, they all kind of follow as they lose their rhythm or routine that they may be used to now.

Of course, there’s always room for adaptation and it could just be a matter of the timeframe that I’m focusing on being one where things come apart and are put back together a little bit further down the line. I don’t think this would majorly affect their output as that is mostly governed by the company and I’m sure they have plenty of things planned over the next year or so, so not much to worry about on that end. It’s just a matter of artists losing their outlet and sense of control, which, unfortunately, is just something that happens when things get too big and too many hands get involved.
