Pre-Reading:
This reading really focuses in on the connection to the higher consciousness and within the higher consciousness is the Higher Self, the consciousness whose only job is to push you towards your purpose and to keep you on track. While getting into Kook’s energy, which I haven’t been in a long time, I noticed a lot of changes that didn’t make sense to me at all until much later in the reading.
His energy was not as open as it was before, it was very stiff, and it seemed darker. Not “dark” in the sense that it was dense but dark as in… I couldn’t see anything, lol. I just saw these rocks, and then the rocks turned into a mountain, and then I just kept seeing more and more rocks being added to the mountain. I made a note that he was building something up, his internal energy was focused on building something up, and then I had this flash of a symbol that I tried to get down on paper. It just looks like a stick figure with a squiggle for a head that makes it seem like one half of the head is closed off and the other side is open.
This lil guy here:
Actually, just now as I’m writing this, I thought of The Magician and the Strength card, how they have the infinity symbols over their heads. Strength was a big card for him in one of his readings, I think it was the Elemental Alignment reading. But yeah, like it’s broken, that awareness, connection, and security in the mind are broken, and he is now, internally and energetically, literally building a mountain to feel secure. Again, I found out what caused that later on, lol.
Something else that I noticed that was different in his core was that he’s not holding as many lines as he used to. Before he was almost hoarding energy lines from thousands of people, and it was to the point where I even compared him to the image of the spider on its web in his EA reading. None of that was there anymore. The lines that were there were lines that he is bound to by the soul, so family, the guys, and close friends, all of whom are soul mates on some level.
For the energy reading portion, I wanted to just focus on his core energy as it is directed towards the Higher Self and that connection, what is the level of connection through the layers of consciousness? The first card out was the King of Swords which, for me, with his energy, was a huge red flag. The energy that is coming off of that image is so far away from what anyone would expect from Kook, just in terms of how unmoving it is in the realm of emotion and receptivity.
It’s a bit dramatic to say, but there’s no life in this layout the way there has been before in every other reading I’ve done where his energy was present. That lack of life is mostly coming from the reversed Ace of Wands as the Ace of Wands (as well as the Page of Wands and The Fool) were always his show of stable power. It’s always been a representation of his driving force, what’s moving him, what’s allowing him to progress on an internal level as a soul.
It’s reversed over the Ace of Pentacles which moves through the reversed Queen of Pentacles, and the 10 of Swords is what is really ripping it apart. Basically, his emotional core, his creative energy was being put into something — I saw later that it was specifically his videos that he makes that this was pertaining to — external nonsense, which ended up being external criticism and perception of his work, caused him to lose faith in himself and his ability to express, which is something he already had issues with before.
So, the Ten of Swords, which is literally where all that ill-fitted perception from outsiders has stabbed his efforts to death, and the reversed Queen of Pentacles which is where his happiness and pride in his work were, are all leaning into the King of Swords, that rigidity, the defensiveness, that fucking mountain that he is building internally to hide from people who have misunderstood him and made him feel as though he has expressed himself poorly.
There is no resentment, there is no anger towards any of it, he’s more ashamed in himself, and it’s almost like he feels embarrassment towards thinking he could do it the way he did it the first time around where it was just his soul completely one-hundred percent unfiltered.
So… now that he, on an internal level, and maybe on a subconscious level as well, thinks that his fucking soul is wrong, he’s disconnecting from his inner knowing and self-awareness. It’s very, very similar to what caused Namjoon to disconnect on a soul level as well, except Kook’s disconnect is completely within himself and is just clogging up his creative flow from the soul. Soul expression and creative stimulation like that, like what he did with his first video is the kind of shit that allows people with little perception to be able to connect on a deeper level. And no, that doesn’t mean he’s creatively dead or anything, the creative flow from the soul is just blocked off, but he can still, you know, think… I know I need to clarify that sometimes, lol.
It’s all really sad because the bottom cards are literally this self-blinding thing he’s doing and it literally goes with how he’s disconnected all those energy lines. I said in his EA reading that he’ll connect with anyone that connects with him, it’s why he wants to look everyone in the eye and speak to everyone. Just go read his Elemental Alignment Reading. Basically, this massive, huge disconnect occurred because that misunderstanding of his work, which really only sunk in much later as he slowly lost his confidence with it and started structuring the videos more and more to fit what he thought other people would like and understand rather than creating from the heart solely for himself, caused this chain reaction to occur internally where he was basically left hanging.
One of the things I said in his EA reading was that he’s the kind of person that if you held your hand out, he’d be the first to shake it. When we’re talking about his core energy and his soul, it’s all very connection based, it’s all very spread out. He had all these people putting their hands out and on an energetic level, he was receiving those hands but obviously, his soul can’t connect with every single person that’s ever looked at him. So, finally, on a conscious level, he made that move to shake those hands back by literally showcasing that soul that is made of nothing but love and connection. Then when people misunderstood and tried to dissect it, tried to make it something that it wasn’t, or over-extend what it was, argue over it, criticize it, do everything to intellectualize it rather than feel it, it was like his hand was missed. Like, everyone that he was reaching out to all at once put their hands down just as he was reaching out to express himself and it just threw the soul off.
That core energy pulled all the way back. That disconnect is like Namjoon, but it’s also very similar to why Taehyung has that very odd duality in his core energy as well. It’s very interesting but it’s also very fucking infuriating, lol. The amount of tension I felt through this shit and how stiff my neck is right now can’t be put into words, lol.
The Reading:
Where The Higher Self Is Currently Trying To Take Him: The Fates
“To the stars” was what I heard with this card right away and at this point in the reading I was already really upset and that just made me cry, lol.
As a tiny portion of you know, we, planet earth in its entirety, are currently in a process of ascension and are shifting frequency pretty rapidly. This is what this is pertaining to as there’s really no time for Kook to backtrack and get that internal connection back, there’s only conscious level progression that can be made. It’s all good though, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, it’s just a very small crack in the soul that in the grand scheme of things doesn’t actually matter that much. So, the focus here is on bringing his inner awareness back through conscious expansion, which I was seeing literally as him just out of nowhere looking up at the stars and wondering what’s out there and then, boom, transmission landed.
He’s being guided towards this path of an expansion in consciousness. It’s almost like they’re going to seed questions, things to get him internally engaged again with himself. I was seeing these images flashing in front of him. It was the stage, the guys, the people, then himself, and it was all kind of like presenting these questions of “why did this happen?”, “why me?”, “was I meant for this?”, “is it just dumb luck?” You know, shit like that.
State of Conscious Alignment: Ace of Cups (Rev.)
This is that disconnect in emotion, in his creative center, in his soul towards himself. That lack of water, that lack of flow, is currently replaced by the King of Swords, but this here makes it seem more like he’s trying to stay disconnected from it. He’s not consciously staying away from the Higher Self, but he is staying away from the subconscious and unconscious levels in this regard to that expression which is the soul expression.
Again, it just goes back to him having that old insecurity about not being able to express himself brought back up by this “miscommunication” on a conscious level that on a soul level was taken as rejection or some kind of detachment that he followed through with.
From what I can tell, the contradictions or opposition between his conscious state and his core state allows for this disconnect to not really filter through to the conscious level, which is why the conscious choice to remain separated from the soul or core state does not actually matter that much. There’s duality there, and maybe it can even be a good thing for him as that level of desperation on a soul level for connection may allow him more conscious independence.
It’s really not that bad, but I’m sure it doesn’t feel that great. Just a bit of stuck energy when it comes to how and what to do for his creative projects as he has to filter everything through what he knows people will like and understand.
Necessary Alignment: Six of Cups | Ace of swords
If we go back to the energy reading and look at the Swords cards, we have the 10 and the King. Both of those cards carry this finality to them as, of course, 10 is the number of endings or the completion of a cycle, while the King is the last of the court cards. The Ace of Swords here implies a reset of sorts that would “take back” everything that led to the 10 of Swords and the King of Swords to be present there in his energy. It would, in a sense, clean out that mountain that he’s gone and started building up over his little house in his core.
Literally, the Six of Cups is all about happy times and nostalgia. Those videos he makes are the Six of Cups. So, pretty much, this is calling for a reconnect to the soul by way of “resetting” his view on his videos, who they are for, why he makes them, and the intention behind them. Pretty much going back to that soul expression where love and connection are what you see. Rather than thinking he is the one who’s done something wrong by “not saying it right,” he needs to have more integrity in his work and have that foundation of only caring about his vision and his creation rather than the interpretation or view of other people, especially when it comes to personal creative work being done on the side.
How To Attain Alignment: The Emperor (Rev.)
This card is the only one I needed to refer to the book for because it wasn’t carrying any energy, it was just kind of there staring at me, and it makes a lot of sense that that is how this was presented. “Rigid thinking and over-reliance on worldly knowledge may be impairing your progress and harming your relationships,” was literally the first thing my eyes went to in the last paragraph of this card’s passage. The second I read the words “worldly knowledge” I had this flash of those lines that Kook used to have, which just cemented the fact that this “worldly knowledge” is actually meant to be “outside perception and interpretation.”
The fact that this card has no energy to it and I had to read the book to get anything from it speaks volumes, because that is exactly how Kook would get that “reset” going. He would look at the fan perception and interpretation as nothing more than words on a page/screen, holding no energy, no significance to him in terms of is own feel or perception of what he himself created. That’s that integrity thing I was talking about.
The way for him to attain alignment and reconnect with his soul is to take away the power he’s given people over that connection and expression.
Lesson Learned: King of Pentacles
Literally… The King of Swords submits to the Emperor and the King of Pentacles turns that bitch on his ass, lol.
Just look at the image of this card. The owl is presenting these flower, something he’s grown and made, presenting it, but that look in his eyes… he doesn’t actually care what you think about it. He’s daring you to say some shit about his flowers, to call his daisies roses, or tell him he could have pruned them better. He’s judging you and he’s keeping his eye out for the people that understand his work and get it fully, not just the colors, not just the smell of it, but the whole thing, the whole arrangement.
He’s learning to have complete and total pride in what he creates, what he speaks, what he expresses whether people take what he’s giving them or not, whether people understand it or not. That’s some good shit.
That’s all I have for this one, thanks for reading!
