Details: The Relationships & Connections reading is designed to showcase the romantic, platonic, or familial relationship between two people and put their connection into perspective by presenting what is gained and from the relationship as well as the highest potential of it.
Pre-Reading:
When I tried to focus in on their specific energy lines as they connect through the core, I saw this weird zig-zag pattern that made it seem like they have a direct connection from each level of consciousness. In a more literal sense, it looked like the energy lines were going back and forth between them and their chakra centers, bouncing back and forth depending on the focus of the energy centers or Higher Selves, while the conscious and subconscious minds remain in constant connection.
That means that the connection that they have on a conscious level is pretty standard, but they feel like it’s much more than that and each has an awareness that it goes deeper. It’s a balancing thing as well. What I saw was them facing each other with those lines between them, and those lines were acting as tethers so neither of them could fall backward. They are aware of the conscious connection, but the balancing aspect is what they feel and what they know to be the deeper connection. They provide stability for each other between intellect and emotion.
The most prominent exchange is between Jimin’s emotional center and Namjoon’s intellectual center. Namjoon’s conscious intellect levels out Jimin’s subconscious emotional center, while Jimin’s conscious emotional center balances out Namjoon’s subconscious intellectual center. This is where they are both prone to falling into negative self-analysis, stress, and anxiety towards their position as people, their careers, and a general discomfort with themselves or their surroundings. It literally felt like having an out of body experience and then being pulled back into the body, those lines are keeping them steady in a way that keeps them from “leaving their body” or losing the more logical aspects of their minds that keep them from entering more negative mindsets.
This exchange works much better when one has more power over the other — I mean that in the sense that they can’t both be in a bad place, they can’t both be pulling each other up at the same time, one person has to be doing it at a time. Also, having some kind of conscious exchange over top of the energy exchange helps it implement faster.
As with most of them, the energetic connection between the two of them provides constant comfort within simply knowing that they are there. All seven of them have this between them, it’s usually why they forget someone is missing but immediately feel out of place once they realize that a member is not there. That energetic connection leaves an imprint that keeps the subconscious mind in this image of all seven people being present even when they are not. For Jimin and Namjoon specifically — I’m sure this is the case for other pairings as well — literally just looking at each other can ground them. Their anxiety over the group and the stability of the group can waver that subconscious image and make them feel “out of body” or not quite right in their environment, like nothing too big, but very nervous energy in the stomach.
On a soul and energetic level, the reason this grounds both of them is because Jimin reflects the entire group, all of the energy centers connect through Jimin, so looking at him consciously connects him to the image of the whole group, the stability of it, on a subconscious level. For Jimin, Namjoon, as the leader, also reflects the stability of the group, the assurance of guidance, and a clear path where he can simply follow and be taken to the right place.
This connection here, however, is actually pretty new, like them being able to ground by looking at each other. It might be one of the effects of the Soul Body shifting as all energy centers were only connecting through Jimin’s energy center after that point. Considering the time frame as well, for this connection to be fresh and for those lines to be not really used up or “weathered” in any way, points to this being something that rippled through from the core energy. That may also explain the separate connections occurring in separate lines — it was just kind of building up, or climbing up their energy centers in their physical bodies to mirror that connection and balance that is occurring on a soul level, which is mirroring the connection within the Soul Body.
Emotional stability on both sides is a big thing.
The top four cards show the energetic influence on a core energy level between Jimin and Namjoon. The changes are implemented within the “healer” before they are actually exchanged over the lines. Both of their representatives, Justice and The Empress, are energies of stability and balance as well as assuredness towards authority over the self and environment.
On the bottom, the three sets show where and how they balance each other and what that energy is pushed towards. First, you have the balance of emotional energy through the 2 of Cups occurring over the chaotic and disruptive energy of the 5 of Wands. This shows that overstimulation that tends to occur before they spiral into harsher mindsets.
Next is the balance of intellectual energy within the 2 of Swords over the Knight of Pentacles showing conscious discussion and “sign-offs” on work or ideas before proceeding with more confidence.
Then finally, those are all kind of wrapped up with the combination of the Ace of Swords pairing with the Ace of Wands to bring about the stability, comfort, and clear progression of the 4 of Wands. The 4 of Wands itself made me think of their energy connections as the Wands kind of sit in the same fashion as those energy lines while forming a representation of four walls that provide comfort and stability, and an entrance to something. It’s like the opening to the pathway that the Knight of Pentacles can take.
The Reading:
Energetic Contribution To The Relationship:
Namjoon: The Sun | Jimin: Three of Swords
This puts them at completely opposite ends of the spectrum, like extreme opposites, but that completely makes sense in terms of how they balance each other. This relationship is mostly based around those energy line connection that, in a sense, pull them closer together at the very center of the spectrum. When they are viewed as individuals, you have Namjoon bringing the very light energy with optimism and awareness through what is seen, while Jimin brings in darker, heavier energy and illusion through what is felt. It reminds me a lot of the Dark Sun/Light Sun that I talked about in Jimin's Elemental Alignment
This is very focused on the aspect of emotion as Namjoon is a lot more emotionally aware than Jimin is, so again they provide this very evenly balanced connection where they provide what the other lacks on all levels. Jimin is emotionally unaware, carries the aspect of illusion and heartache, while Namjoon is emotionally aware, able to illuminate those illusions and be forward moving. Then the aspect of forward-movement is also seen as being stuck in a dream, too focused on the future, while the Three of Swords is dark and brooding because it is fully grounded and centered in reality, no dreams or hopes of any kind, just the awareness of the current state. When you put those things together and they settle in the middle of the spectrum, you just have a well-rounded individual who is both aware of the self, the surroundings and is able to utilize the current moment to move towards the idealized image of the future.
So, it does fall into that idea of those lines connecting between them and then acting as anchors where neither of them is able to fall backward or return to the other end of the spectrum. But like I said, active and conscious connection on all levels would be what actually keeps them 100% balanced and in line, to the point where they are basically one individual or one energy, so certain lines turning on and off, or becoming disconnected for whatever reason can cause one to slip back a little bit. At this point, however, it’s very, very likely that the energy centers are enough to hold them in place and keep them from falling completely back. They can wobble, but the won’t completely separate unless they consciously choose to do so.
How They View The Relationship:
Namjoon: Knight of Pentacles | Jimin: The World
The Knight of Pentacles here reflects the Knight of Pentacles in the energy reading. For both of them, they are seeing their relationship as that archway of the 4 of Pentacles where both are able to provide a path or an open door towards something more. It’s a bit more idealized on Jimin’s side, but that seems to be his way, lol. But yeah, they both see each other as providing that foundation, something that holds everything in place while they all collectively move up.
More specifically, Namjoon is viewing the relationship as that balanced energy of the 2 of Swords, that clear mind that allows him to make the best decisions, or at least be sure that he is on the right track. I imagine this comes from Jimin’s ability to mirror others, show them themselves. So, it’s like, he’s able to see his plans or ideas, his own way of thinking reflected through Jimin and is, therefore, able to get an objective view. So, a clear mind is mostly what he sees in this relationship, which as the Knight of Pentacles, puts him in a good place to be the leader.
Jimin is seeing this relationship as the World, but it’s not really his relationship with Namjoon that he’s focused on. He’s still focused on Namjoon as the leader, like the one guiding them. Therefore, this is more of a show of how he views Namjoon from the perspective of the group. He sees access to The World while following the Knight of Pentacles through the archway of the 4 of Wands. The World card is also associated with harmony, balance, and absolution. It is the final card in the Major Arcana and represents the accumulation of all the experiences of the deck in one final state where awareness and connection on all levels have been achieved and alignment is second nature. Jimin is seeing all of that being available through Namjoon and his ability to lead.
Current State of The Relationship:
The Magician | Three of Cups
Both of these cards are focused on communication and making connections. The Magician is more in line with internal (subconscious and unconscious) connections and connection to external energies. The Three of Cups, on the other hand, is more superficial and is more about emotional connection and contribution between people on a conscious level. This really shows that duality of the conscious connection with the multiple energy lines connecting their individual energy centers in the body.
On a more grounded level, The Magician shows that they are mutually working together unconsciously to stabilize and improve their individual states both mentally and emotionally. They are working on that within those energy lines. The image of The Magician here is a monkey holding a wand, which I always see as a test tube of some kind, implying that something “primitive” or “unevolved” is now in a place where evolution or rapid transformation can occur. With that Chemistry aspect to it, you can consider those energy lines to be figuring out the right mix of energy, the right mix of “medicine” that will allow both of them to balance and stabilize on their own.
Then with the Three of Cups, this shows that their conscious connection doesn’t really have them being that close. Like, if this connection on an energetic level was mirrored consciously, they wouldn’t leave each other alone, they’d never be without each other, but they are and they do. That doesn’t diminish anything and it doesn’t really hinder them in any way, it just means that their conscious connection occurs mostly through the group rather than on an individual level. Only when it is necessary for one of them to get the 2 of Cups, the 2 of Swords or either of those Aces will they really fully connect on a conscious level and have a heart-to-heart.
That’s for the best as well since, as I mentioned, they could literally get too close, sync up, and just reflect as the same exact form of energy, meaning they would develop co-dependency or some shit. Kind of similar to how Taehyung and Jimin balance each other but have to remain separate to avoid mashing their “shadows” together. It’s completely different, but that one little detail is very similar here.
Highest Potential:
Ten of Swords (Rev.) | Ten of Cups
I mean this is pretty blatant and obvious, lol.
I mentioned it in the very beginning that emotional stability was a big thing for them and I guess this explains why. This is the purpose of this weird balancing line connection thing. It’s like a complete negation of the negative intellect that will then usher in the complete and total internal balance and satisfaction of the 10 of Cup to each individual.
This kind of points out the obvious in that for Namjoon and Jimin their own mind tends to be their worst enemy, which I think we’re all aware of. This aspect of reflecting each other and being able to fill in the missing pieces for each other with that aspect of The Sun and the Three of Swords really allows for them to clean out and reset those parts of them that are negatively impacting their ability to progress on a conscious level.
This does seem to be a far-off thing though, as what Jimin needs to release is still not something he is fully aware of and the same goes for Namjoon. The conscious mind for both of them needs to go deeper and be aware of what it is that those energy lines are filling in on both sides. It’s a bit complicated, but it’s nice to know that there is something stimulating that progression on an internal level for both of them.
That’s all I have for this reading. Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed it.
