Outlook For (G)I-DLE in 2021

There is some interesting stuff here for sure. The main thing is that there seems to be a lot of tension of conflict heading their way if it hasn't already been happening. The reversed Star at the top really makes it feel like it's something beyond them and maybe even beyond the company. The reversed 10 of Pentacles does point to financial trouble, potentially something unexpected as when upright there's much more comfort and certainty to the 10 of Pentacles. The 5 of Swords is that more conscious level, direct conflict, arguments, or difficult figuring things out with so many different people giving input on the situation. If this has something to do with the companies' finances or even legal issues, it's possible this wouldn't be public, but it could show up publicly in terms of there being sudden changes in their schedules or things seeming more scattered than usual.
Within the group currently and possibly extending through the rest of the year, the 2 of Swords there presents this odd imbalance that goes a few different directions. In some ways, the two swords feel like they're fighting each other, in another way they feel like they're trying to talk to each other from two opposite ends of a spectrum, and in another, they feel like they're bumping into each other, not noticing the other is there while trying to move past the other in the opposite direction. I would assume if the financial issue or issue with resources or routine is something that comes on suddenly and really shakes things up, this kind of confusion and stress could lead to a lot of odd or upset communication between the girls for a while. It doesn't feel too aggressively negative or anything, just a lot of tension, mirroring the overall 5 of Swords, just to a lesser degree.
The last card, the reversed King of Cups, represents the energy between the group and the company, and that itself feels very stressful and sharp. Literally, it feels like getting a basketball thrown at your head. Unlike the 2 of Swords, there is a bit of an aggressive nature to the reversed King of Cups here, almost manipulative and very harsh with control and a lack of compassion or consideration. It feels like it's a direct result of this sudden change or problem that comes up, so the company as a whole just tries to get a grip on everything all at once and just kind of... becomes mean? It feels like a desperate attempt at gaining a SENSE of control in a situation where they have none and therefore they will come off as very overbearing, toxic even towards their artists.
