The first set on the left is focusing on the energy that is around and within the group right now, and there seems to be a mixed back of emotions. The Queen of Pentacles shows a lot of stability and focus, a feeling of being proud of current accomplishments and what has been created, and a very open display of this state of being. On the other end, the 9 of Swords displays tension, anxiety, and generally being overwhelmed. This aspect seems to literally be hidden as, compared to the Queen with the way these were laid out, the man’s head is hidden and we’re unable to see him crying.

Fortunately, the Wheel of Fortune is enacting change, some kind of effort is being made to bring about balance so that there isn’t such a sharp contrast between how they are in the public eye versus how they are when they’re alone. it’s a very positive change, however, it is turning them towards Death, which implies an opportunity for change that they themselves, either as individuals or as a group, will have to enact.

This change is then put toward the 2 of Cups, which I was seeing as a more open and honest state where emotional vulnerability isn’t pushed down or regulated in any way. Essentially, the two people seen in the image of the 2 of Cups are representing the current aspect of the Queen of Pentacles and the 9 of Swords. They are equal, looking eye-to-eye, rather than one shining and being displayed while the other hides, perpetuating this idea of shame or wrongfulness in feeling that anxiety or tension. Being able to express it openly, whether that be to the public or just within the group or company, can really help to level things out and guarantee that people are getting the help they need when they need it.

The Fool represents that new beginning that can come from Death, or the choice to make changes where they need to be made. I think, on some level, this could be difficult as, again, there is some shame being applied to the 9 of Swords, and it may be difficult for some of them, if not all of them, to bring it up and lay it out. Especially if they are actually seeing Death as a potential end, as in they see it as something they could be punished for, or that their image could suffer for, it could be more difficult than you’d think to get to The Fool.

So, right now, it seems they’re in a position of transition, or they’re being prompted to transition, to develop themselves within the group in order to create a more stable dynamic. Again, this can be both within the group, between the group and the company, between the group and the public, or a variation of all three. This doesn’t seem like it will be something that majorly impacts their ability to work unless, of course, Death is denied and The Tower (forced change) is enacted over it, which could throw some things off so that they HAVE TO work through the polarity of the Queen of Pentacles and the 9 of Swords.
