Pre-Reading

As always, Kook’s energy was extremely easy to connect with. As soon as I wrote his name down his energy line was lit the fuck up and he was ready for a chat. Because the Soul Body healing was still kind of settling at this time and all of the guys’ energy centers were still adjusting I didn’t try to engage fully, as in I didn’t try to tap into Kook’s energy here. Mostly I read the signature of his energy, as well as his projected energy which was very easy to do because he tends to just shove his energy at everyone all the time no matter who it is.

Within the first shuffle of my tarot deck The Sun popped out and it made me laugh because I saw him wave again like he did when I performed the Soul Body healing, just saying hello, lol. So, I tossed that card back in and sort of set those boundaries and made it clear that I wasn’t trying to specifically have a conversation or to connect directly with him, I just wanted to read his energy signatures that way I didn’t fuck with their realignment and re-balance as a group by wiggling around inside their energy.

Kook1.png

The first cards to come out after that were the Ace of Wands and The Fool. This made me think of the OT7 Group Energy Analysis, which I had done the day before this reading. For that reading as well I only focused on their energy signatures and observed those connections rather than forcing my way into them.

In the Group Energy Analysis Kook was represented by the Page of Wands and in the placement, he was sort of looking up at Jimin’s placement where Jimin was carrying the Ace of Wands. Then that sort of dragged me back to Jimin and Kook’s relationship reading where there was always this “relinquishing” of power on Kook’s end where he would allow Jimin to be the dominant one in order to make him feel like he had control over something — When Jimin feels out of control he can very easily spiral into his dark sun mode.

This kind of showed me that when he is separate from Jimin and he is his own person, both physically and energetically, he is the one who carries the Ace of Wands. The Fool is like the Pages amplified in terms of having less restriction and all the creative and personal freedom. He’s constantly on the brink of something new, of a certain kind of transformation that would allow him to “graduate” from the Page of Wands who relinquishes his power to Jimin, to being the confident and free Fool who carries his own power for himself.

This was something that I talked about a bit in Jimin and Kook’s reading as well. He is almost desperate to grow up and actually feel like a grownup. He wants to feel his age and he simply can’t do that because he feels like he has to stay “a baby” for Jimin’s sake because if Jimin feels like he has someone or something to take care of and guide, he can feel stable and needed. He’s kind of stuck in that sense, but then he has personal issues regarding how people see him, how the fans see him. He’s the baby, everyone calls him the baby, and he knows he is the baby. That’s his thing, that’s his image, that’s his branding. He also has this fear around growing up because he’s afraid of stepping outside of the box that his spectators, audience, fans have put him in.

It’s almost too back and forth for him to even really comprehend the issue all the way through because he feels like he’s “letting himself down” or “demeaning” himself by staying “the baby” but he also feels like it’s his job, not only for Jimin but for the fans as well.

The image on The Fool card, the way the person in the image is bounding out over the cliff, not even looking down — he’s waiting to have that moment. Like, his core energy, the energy that… is grown up (?) is waiting for the opportunity to bust out, but it’s kind of like there’s no going back when that happens, and I think that scares him a little bit.

Oh my god, yeah. The idea of change scares the hell out of him on all levels. That was one of the things I wanted to talk about in Jimin and Kook’s reading (maybe I did?). He doesn’t like for things to change and that is one of the big reasons he is so into photography and filmmaking. He, quite literally, is trying to capture every moment so that it can’t stop being part of his reality. It actually made me really fucking sad because it felt like there was nothing for him to ever truly enjoy fully because even when he says “I’m so happy” there’s a part of him that’s like “I’m so happy but this isn’t going to last”.

He’s extremely sentimental to the point where he wishes they could go back to their trainee days sometimes. Like he’s one of those people (like me, lol) that just clings to the past and the comfort of knowing those circumstances and being comforted by them even if they weren’t actually good in the moment. He’s a very romantic person in the sense that he romanticizes everything and he gets pissy when you try to point out that shit isn’t good.

  • FOR INSTANCE: In his and Jimin’s reading, I made a fucking comment about how their relationship (because of the power dynamic) seemed toxic and when I tried to “open a door” to see how he actually saw their relationship he energetically punched me in the fucking face. RUDE.

So, yeah. He’s ready to grow up and he wants to grow up but there are things that hold him back from doing that entirely the way he wants to.

Inward turned energy — In opposition to Namjoon (the other Virgo), Kook’s core energy is turned inward, it’s introverted energy. That means that where Namjoon pushes his judgment out towards other people and the world around him (that’s why he’s hell bent on educating people and changing perception, lol) Kook turns his judgment inward towards himself. This is why he is so good at literally everything he does. It has nothing to do with “natural born talent”, it’s because he pushes himself to do more because he always thinks he’s not doing enough, or that what he is doing simply isn’t good enough.

To us as spectators and to the people around him in his inner circle, he’s amazing, but in his eyes and can always do better, there’s always room to improve, there’s always something more that he could be doing. This can lead to self-judgment or ridicule at times as well as a sensitivity to outside judgment and criticism, but that is not something he deals with regularly anymore. It’s something that he has grown out of a bit, but for some reason, he still thinks about it. Like, he thinks about the fact that he used to care too much about what other people had to say. I don’t know why he does that.

With this sort of self-judgment aspect, along with the self-ridicule and sensitivity, he can also overwork himself very easily. It’s almost like what Hoseok does, but not for the same reasons. It’s like he’ll overwork himself as a form of punishment. Like he wants it to hurt, he wants to make himself sick because it’s proof that he’s working hard enough. This made me think of that bit in Burn The Stage where he nearly fucking died and he was just like, nah I’m good. Literally, when I thought of that I heard him go, “I didn’t though.” — as in, he didn’t die… so it’s okay... U SURE?

No impurities — Other than his self-ridicule shit, Kook doesn’t really have any splits in his energy from what I can tell and that still surprises me. The splits I’m talking about here are not splits in his lines like he has with Jimin, I’m talking about… like… other splits? I don’t know what I’m talking about, lol, there’s a bunch of different kind of splits, tears, and “blisters” people can have in their energy but I call them all splits. They don’t look the same though. The splits that I’m talking about here have more to do with trauma and mental shit. Keep in mind that trauma isn’t exclusive to victims of severe abuse and tragedy, there are many, many, MANY things that can traumatize the human brain and affect thinking well beyond what 99% of people will even consider.

Basically, he has no splits in that sense. The only “blister” splits he has is literally coming from the guilt of not having those splits. I think he has mentioned before that he feels bad or he felt bad in the past about not being able to understand people who struggle with mental illness, or not being able to understand the other guys when they struggle — it has to do with that. He’s very, very aware that he hasn’t really struggled in terms of life and he’s aware of his own lack of emotional understanding and expression.

This is why he tends to do covers a lot and only recently started trying to write his own music (Begin was written by Namjoon after Kook told him what he wanted it to be about, there wasn’t a lot of lyrical input from him, but he was credited. He wasn’t very confident then.), he uses that as a way to connect and express with emotions that he kind of thinks he doesn’t have within himself. He is moving past that though as well. He’s finding ways, just like Taehyung, to express himself and communicate with the outside world a bit more through his photography and his videos. Although, his video stuff is in a bit of pickle because he’s starting to adopt that mindset with his creative work that it needs to fit people's’ expectations and idea of him. Which is sad.

He’s kind of always going to be in that mindset of “I can do more, I could understand more, I don’t understand enough,” but I think as he matures, and as he allows himself to mature he will start to see this lack of emotional understanding as more of a strength than a weakness as this is what could allow him to bring in a more objective, non-emotional point of view into a situation where emotions, mostly negative, are running rampant.

I mentioned in Jimin and Kook’s relationship reading that he is afraid of helping Jimin when he is in a low place, but that the reason Jimin is aware of his own projected hatred and jealousy is because of Kook. If Kook were to see his less emotional state of being as a positive thing he could actually bring a more objective view to Jimin, as well as the other guys.

He contradicts himself — As I’ve mentioned nearly a thousand times, in terms of energy, Kook is reaching out to people constantly. Like, he is not discriminant in any way, he latches onto every single person that he makes contact with in any way. If he’s made eye contact with someone, he carries their line with him all the time. That shit, when added to his nostalgic brain, is what makes it so easy for him to remember faces and names. It’s why he seems to be the one that loves their fans the most, or he’s the one that seems to show it in a way that is more genuine than for fan service. He actually LOVES everyone.

Genuinely, he loves anyone who loves him, and he connects with people who connect with him. Like, you hold your hand out, he’d be the first to shake it, you know? That’s how he is energetically. Consciously, on the other hand, he’s weirdly anxious about connecting with people on his own. I have no doubt that this has to do with his self-judgment and ridicule shit, thinking he’s not good enough along with having that idea that he can’t understand other people, therefore he thinks he can’t connect.

It seems like he literally doesn’t understand what the issue is like he doesn’t know why he gets so nervous or why the idea of making friends on his own outside of situations that are “set up” for him is difficult. Like, he’ll meet people, he loves meeting people, but to actually sit down and consciously make a friend and engage in open conversation 1-on-1 — It’s just not an easy thing for him. I think this break here between his energy/soul connections and his conscious connections is what causes his energetic self to cling to those lines that are extended to him. It’s like he’s deprived of communication.

When I first went to his “house” (entered his energy core) for Jimin and Kook’s reading, he was literally standing outside waiting for people to show up and from what I could tell pretty much fucking no one had been there. He just had all these lines with him, but no one was actually there. I’m assuming that’s why he was a big fucking bother after that reading because every time I did a BTS reading after that he would literally fucking tug on the line. It got to the point where I put up blocks against his energy because he’s just really fucking annoying, honestly.

Energetically, he just really, really wants to make connections. The connections he has now with his family and friends is enough, but it’s the fact that he travels around and is constantly put in situations where he could make millions of friends every fucking day that has his core-self standing outside waiting for people to show up. It’s like Core-Kook can see all these people, all the reporters, fans, business people, and he’s standing there wondering why Physical-Kook isn’t making life-long friendships with every single one of them. He’s just standing there waiting for lines to come in so that he can grab them and keep them steady.

This whole “tugging” the lines and feeling the need to say hi whenever I do BTS reading — he probably wouldn’t be like that if he consciously connected with more people and made more friends that aren’t just “trying to get out of the house more” friends.

Kook2.png

The Strength card popped out about ten fucking times while I was reading Kook’s energy signatures, so I just laid that one down to shut him up. Like, lol, yeah, he’s strong and shit??

The Knight of Cups and the 4 of Wands was another set that came out with a “push” from him, but just like the Strength card, there wasn’t much to them. I think that might just be because I kind of had him blocked off so all he could do was send cards out, he couldn’t really attach messages to them, so right now, as I’m writing this I’m going to actually connect with his energy and see what the hell he was trying to send with this shit.

For the Strength card, I got the Ace of Wands again, so it’s more about him literally growing and moving towards that Fool and Ace of Wands combo. That’s also what the Knight of Cups and the 4 of Wands was on about as well. It’s like he was saying, “I’m working on it,” after I called him out for being a shit with his growing up and emotional awareness shit, lol. He’s building it up, he’s working on it, and he’s trying, which is all anyone could ask for.

Lol, tried to get something for The Lovers and The World and the Ace of Wands came out again, shuffled again, it came out AGAIN. BITCH??

Okay, so I channeled a bit for the Ace and The Lovers... It has to do with romantic things that… you know… adults do… Like, he didn’t say or show that this needed to not be said, but like… I’d rather not talk about that shit in regards to Kook because, in spite of his personal shit, I do actually see him as a kid since he’s younger than me and, obviously, that is very personal information, so like… yeah… double meaning to the image of the Ace of Wands >.> just saying. He’s thinking about it.

Lol, I’m so uncomfortable.

The World and the reversed 2 of Swords actually go together, they are kind of what is blocking him from The Lovers and from that more grown-up place of being, that level of maturity. The World is obviously the fans and shit and the 2 of Swords is more his own mind mixing his self-judgment, his anxiety, and his need to stay a baby together and kind of ruining it for him. And then The Fool is still just him.

Current State of Core Energy: Spider — Earth (Rev.)

If this was any more accurate I think a black hole would have opened up on my desk and sucked in the Universe.

Visually it literally looks like Kook’s core in terms of all of the lines of energy, all of those connections, extending and being protected by him in the very center. The fact that it is reversed makes it even more fucking accurate to the point where I kind of want to laugh about it, lol. The keywords for this card are “discouraged, tired, forlorn” and that is completely the vibe of his core energy.

Literally, above everything else, his core, his soul, his energy only cares about connection and love. Like, he is a product of Venus all the way through, that is all he cares about, but that disconnect or that anxiety that he has consciously is messing shit up. Also, the fact that this is a spider and they literally just sit and wait for shit to show up so they can latch onto it… I MEAN.

Plus, it’s Earth. Very Virgo.

Elemental Water Alignment: Oyster — Water

Again, not all that surprising. The Oyster is a card a lot of people have gotten in their Water alignment as it is indicative of some sort of cut off or “masking” of some or all of what is within the Water Realm — emotions, creativity, intuition. In Kook’s case, this is his emotional disconnect.

HOWEVER! This does not show that he has no emotions like he seems to think, this is simply showing “hidden emotions.” He’s not lacking in emotion, he’s lacking in emotional awareness. He’s not fully in touch with himself and I can literally see that that is linked to the fact that his judgment is turned inward, so it’s like there’s two Kooks. One Kook is the spectator, the other is the performer. The one who judges the performer is the one without emotion, all he embodies is judgment towards himself on a conscious level. The only time he can be “triggered” into emotional release is when the guys (who his core, the performer, is very closely connected to) start to show emotion, then he can too because that allows the Judge to take a back seat.

This might be why it’s very easy for him to cry on stage or in moments of excitement and joy — it’s not a weakness in his mind to be happy or show love, therefore there is nothing to judge. When he is sad or angry, he won’t show it entirely because that “Judge” is in the back of his head like, “Other people have it worse than you, why are you crying?” — you know shit like that.

He has emotions and that ability to connect, but it’s all in his core.

Elemental Fire Alignment: Unicorn — Spirit

STILL NOT SURPRISED OMG.

Okay, so this is a Spirit card and as I’ve explained a million times before, when a Spirit card shows up in an alignment it shows that that alignment is synced up with the Higher Self. It is fully aligned. The Spirit Cards in this deck, there are seven of them, are associated with one of the main seven chakras. This one is the Third Eye Chakra.

The first thing that I saw with this card is that thing that track runners do where they visualize themselves at the finish line as a technique to finish the race. This is kind of what he does but it’s a subconscious act (it probably is conscious too). He’s very, very aware of his actions and his expressions. I want to say that his moves are “calculated” but it’s not the same as Taehyung’s calculative way of being. It’s more goal-oriented with Kook.

Almost like Yoongi (he and Yoongi are balanced the same way Taehyung balances with Hoseok) he can visualize the final product and he has the understanding of meeting that visual halfway. Like, it’s just as the running technique states — he can see himself achieving something and then he has the physical energy and the confidence to actually apply himself and meet that image just as the runner would meet himself at the finish line.

7.jpg

Elemental Earth Alignment: Buffalo — Earth

I really like the Buffalo card. It is a card of grounded connection or a spiritual connection through the Earth. I look at this card as being a connection to Gaia, Mother Earth, or Venus. It’s where Water and Earth mix together — wet clay — but it’s more in line with the baked clay that has already been formed. It’s belief in what you create and what you can feel.

This coming up in his Earth alignment, which shows stability and connection to the world around you, as well as self-awareness, is really nice. This does relate more to his connection. It’s that Virgo shit, Namjoon is the same way. Kook feels connected to the Earth and he finds stability in what he can see and touch. There is comfort in that. Namjoon is more of a nature lover, being outside and connecting by actually putting his hands on trees and dirt, whereas Kook is more or less finding connection and stability in the love between him and the guys, his friends, and his family.

This leads to his fear of change. People leaving or disconnecting, people growing up, moving houses, shit like that scares him not only because it leads to something unfamiliar, it’s also like taking away his security blanket. Everything he sees and connects with, in a sense, is his God and when it changes there’s almost this sense of damnation. Like, it feels like a punishment to realize that things are changing and that people change.

8.jpg

Elemental Air Alignment: Bat — Air (Rev.)

I’m actually going to cry, he’s so annoying.

Do you know what the fucking keywords for this card reversed are? “Refuses to let go” and “reminisces.” This card is literally about being stuck in the past and not allowing change to occur out of fear. This is in his Air alignment as well and the Air alignment deals with the conscious mind, thought process, and communication. This is where that conscious decision to pick up a camera came from and this is where that conscious decision to remain “the baby” comes from.

Like, there is genuine fear around change and the more I sink into it the tighter it gets around my arms and my chest and it’s just so deep inside of his gut. Like, he’s just sitting on this and he doesn’t realize that it’s a thing, he just thinks, “Oh, I like pictures, I want to remember this” — but his awareness of that fear and anxiety is a bit lost on him. Or at least the root of it is not something he is aware of. Which would make sense since he seems to shut himself down whenever he feels something that he thinks he shouldn’t be feeling because he thinks he’s not “broken enough” to do so.

Like I said before, he can hardly enjoy things because he’s always wrapped up in the idea that what he is experiencing at the moment is just going to be a memory and not forever a moment that he is just constantly existing in. He’s one of those people that can’t experience high highs without crashing — like “post-concert depression” that a lot of people deal with. Obviously, he doesn’t experience that full on because he’s performing and on the move constantly, so he’s kind of always stimulated, but when everything kind of stops and he’s alone and it’s quiet, this shit bubbles up and it literally feels like he panics over it. He panics about the fact that everything that has happened is always constantly happening.

He’s afraid of forgetting things as well, like when he’s an old man.

9.jpg

Higher Self Core Alignment: Cosmic Egg — Spirit

We can end this on a bit of a light note because, lol, his Higher Self is basically Namjoon.

In the Soul Body, each of their energy centers is in the place of one of the seven main chakras. Namjoon is the Crown Chakra, which is what the Cosmic Egg represents, and Kook is the Root Chakra. They are at complete opposite ends, but they are what connect and balance everything else.

Quite literally, Kook is being pushed to be like Namjoon, to turn his inward judgment into outward judgment just like Namjoon did. This may be why Kook was so attracted to Namjoon in the beginning, why he joined the company — just because “Namjoon was so cool.” He’s supposed to learn from Namjoon, as they all are, but it’s more like… literally, it’s like a fucking Kundalini awakening. Like, Kook, as the Root Chakra, needs to ascend up through all of the other chakras and reach the Crown.

Interesting… >.>

He’s a bit far off from that and he’s not really aligned enough to be anywhere close to where he needs to be, but he’ll get there eventually, I’m sure. Maybe?

Okay, that’s all I have for this reading. Thank you for reading!
