There is a break down in his energy — a positive one — that is allowing him to disconnect some of the energy lines that he is typically reliant on, on a deeper level. There is a really nice little situation there where the reversed Ace of Wand, which was usually shown to be something — energy, confidence, validation, purpose — being handed to him by people outside of himself, is being tossed out and turned into The Emperor where he gives himself his own power, his own validation from the inside out.

  • November 23 NOTE: This has already come up and come to pass with the current state which I talked about in these mini-readings here and here just last week. Again, all of the readings I have stocked up right now were done in July, so lol at me having to make notes on everything.

Before I got into the reading I was getting visuals of a framework for the foundations of a house, literally like something is being built from the ground up, or in this case, from the inside out.

A lot of this does have to do with disconnecting his sense of purpose and validation from the audience, from people he doesn’t know personally. Breaking those lines is what allows him to shift with the Wheel of Fortune into The Chariot, a combination that always comes out for higher alignment and getting into the right frequency in order to move forward with the soul. This is manifesting on a conscious level as the King of Wands and the King of Pentacles. If The Emperor is forming in the soul, the Kings are forming on a conscious level saying, “I’m in charge of what I feel on the inside, and I’m in charge of what I do on the outside.”

Then the card that always comes out in representation of his personal independence, The Fool (which tends to oppose the more dependent Page of Wands), came out reversed underneath the 7 of Pentacles. So, again, there’s that aspect of the framework being laid out, something being worked on from the ground up. The Fool is in sight but it’s not fully there yet, and it’s definitely not something that is going to be or even can be handed to him by anything external, not even on a soul level, as shown by the reversed Ace of Pentacles that extends from The Fool. It’s something that he has to do for himself in order to actually get to where he wants to be. That then ends on The World which is that state of full integration and alignment on all levels.

Most Prominent External Influence:

Butterfly Spirit — “Transformation is beautiful.”

Stag Spirit — “Take the lead.”

I think this is probably pretty obvious considering what came out in the energy reading. The Butterfly tends to come out in reference to times of transition that are difficult and challenging, but necessary and highly beneficial to the individual experiencing them. The phrase, “transformation is beautiful,” always comes off like a reminder needed by someone who is finding it difficult or even scary to move forward with the process being presented to them.

With the Stag I have that vision of the Page of Wands, the card most commonly pulled for Kook, becoming The Fool, or a baby deer becoming the grown Stag. As I mentioned with the Ace of Wands being reversed in the energy reading, it’s like he’s learning to give himself what he has previously relied on others to give him, specifically validation and confidence. I was seeing this play out as the baby deer thinking that one day someone is just going to give him their antlers and then discovering that he can actually grow his own, it just takes a bit more time.

  • November 23 EDIT: This goes along with the visual I was getting in the more recent Conscious State/Outlook of BTS mini-reading (already linked) where I was seeing Kook as trying to cut off limbs in order to heal rather than resetting the bones. It’s a matter of trying to do things quickly and efficiently - a remnant of the self-judgment and criticism. He thinks this should be easy to figure out and pull off, but there are still things missing.

This process also plays into the transition between introverted and extroverted core energy which I talked about in Namjoon and Kook’s relationship reading.

Current State of Alignment:

Vulture — “Nothing is wasted.”

This was interesting because this covers a few different things within in his integration process. Mostly it is towards experience and wisdom which he has gained through personal experience rather than gained through lessons learned through other people. Currently, or in the past, he was much more inclined to belittle his own experiences and throw out his own perspective for the sake of taking on the perspective and experience of people around him. It’s something a child does when they think they are the dumbest person in the room. With the Vulture, there is a new understanding that everything that he has experienced whether it be with the group, with family, with friends, or purely on his own is valid and needs to be integrated as a whole.

He also has this weird sentimentality which I talked about before in his Elemental Alignment reading a long, long time ago where there’s almost this sense of him never really being able to enjoy a moment of significance because he’s literally thinking about how the moment is temporary and won’t ever be experienced again. This is why he got really into film making where he was never the focus of the feature, and most of the time never really even appeared in them. He’s not making something for the audience (originally) he was making something for himself and therefore did not need to see himself or present himself in the collection of memories as his perspective is his representation.

In that same vein, it’s coming off like he’s learning to let moments come and go and retain the experience without having to literally cling to the memory of it. One of the things that tend to happen with the process of expansion and ascension is that people literally start to disconnect from past events. Like, they’ll remember them, but it won’t come up in their head that often like it used to, and when it does, it doesn't feel like anything. Someone like Kook who is so, so, so deeply sentimental and does the absolute most to commemorate these significant points in his life would be able to sense that feeling of his own memories fading and try to hold onto them. With that, it feels like the Vulture went and got food, but then just decided to hold onto it without eating it. It’s a waste of time and energy and experience to hold onto a memory for the sake of comfort and sentimentality over integrating it and allowing it to become part of you, part of your soul, instead of just a picture on a wall.

This is an aspect of validation within himself. He’s validating his perspective and his own experiences, learning to understand that his perspective is the most important thing when it comes to his growth in his life, and understand that his experiences belong to him entirely. They are not something that he has to try so hard to hold onto as if they are something purely external. Instead, they are woven into his very soul and he himself, just by existing, is a snapshot of all of those experiences together. Nothing is ever lost or forgotten in that sense.

How The Alignment Is Manifesting:

Badger — “Be fearless and bold.”

Again, this is an obvious statement when it comes to how this alignment is manifesting for Kook. Even the very first line of the description for this card can sum things up pretty nicely: “The Badger Spirit rejoices at your persistence and commitment to what is true for you.” Another point of validation, another point that centers on him being his own person and not a “collection of the other guys” or anything like that. Yes, the sentiment is nice, but when you’re talking about the actual perception of the self, it’s not actually a good thing to see yourself as a mosaic of other people. It’s good to grow and learn from others, as we all do, but at some point, you have to take the reigns and recognize your control, capability, and responsibility towards your own life and progression on all levels. Especially for Kook, he needs to be able to give himself credit for what he has achieved in his life so far.

As he comes into that recognition and power, as he literally grows up and matures, he does become more fearless and bold because he is recognizing what he can get, do, and be for himself without relying on the approval and validation of other people, especially his audience. As of the time I’m writing this, which is the first week of August, I think even now we can see that he has become way more confident than he was at the beginning of the year. He’s doing more for himself.

  • November 23 EDIT: lol, past me didn’t even know about the shaggy long hair and tattoos on the horizon, pfft.

How To Maintain The Alignment:

Giraffe Spirit — “See the big picture.”

This is about shifting his perspective, which I assume he’s already done or is doing based on his current state. Visually I was seeing this as the mosaic thing that I mentioned. It’s like from a more child-like perspective, he was sitting underneath this glass mosaic which was made up of pieces of the other guys’ experiences and perspectives, also family and friends, anyone and everyone really. From above the glass mosaic, the sun shines down through it and casts these interesting colors and shadows over Kook, which in his mind, from that perspective, was a reflection of himself. He was not his own person, just a shadow cast by the others. Again, it’s a great sentiment, but when you actually think about it, it’s not a good way to see yourself.

When it comes to seeing the “bigger picture,” you’re really being asked to see things from a higher perspective, to go up and beyond your current position and look down, see where you’ve been standing this whole time, see what was around you, what was influencing your space without you even noticing. For Kook, this would be him moving to stand above the mosaic, looking down from a position where the sun no longer casts those colors and shadows over him. He sees those experiences and perspectives of that mosaic not as a reflection of himself but only a single aspect of himself which has contributed to his growth in a specific part of his life. From there he transcends that perspective of being beneath the mosaic and then moves on to a point where, in a sense, he becomes the sun. He is the source of his own light, he is his own person.

With all of the readings I’ve done for BTS since December when the integration process really took off, I’ve been getting images of the Sun in relation to the chest and the will, so I think that’s what I was getting at here. His perspective of himself being a mash-up of the other guys was essentially casting a shadow or removing the integrity of his own light, which he is now rediscovering, just as the baby deer discovers that it can grow its own antlers and does not require someone else to bring them about.

  • November 23 EDIT: The sun thing still applies to everyone even now. Constantly, non-stop, if I do anything for BTS the aspect of the sun, the heart, the chest, the will, the soul comes up all within the same image and it all has to do with the individual expanding, raising their vibration, and then splitting from the soul body for a more independent experience from that point onward.

Lesson Being Learned:

Electric Eel Spirit — “Bring your ideas to life.”

The lesson being learned here is to assert the will, to find the passion, goals, and ambitions that are purely his and actually put them out there without any concern for what is right or wrong in the eyes of others. There’s been a lot of filters to what he does, especially when it comes to his creative work, which is the last thing that should have a filter on it. He’ll experiment with something and then based on how the audience reacts he’ll change it to something that he’s not fully into until eventually he just lets it go because the passion isn’t there for something that is only 25% him. I think I talked about that in his Elemental Alignment too, or it might have been another reading.

Either way, the lesson with this process of integration — the goal of which is to collectively separate the seven of them on a soul level so that they can develop fully as separate souls by fulfilling individual soul passions and goals — is teaching him to self-actualize on all levels as well as the ability to pursue his own passions in spite of it not fitting the expectations of others. To live for and honor himself is the main thing here, something he is learning now.

  • November 23 EDIT: Don’t get it twisted, he’s still learning. It’s not a switch that can be flipped, it is and will continue to be a process for however long he needs it to be.
